YOUNG READER'S CHOICE AWARD
Last year 55,807 students from Alberta, Alaska, British Columbia,
Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington voted for their favorite book!
15,193 of these students were from the Edmonton area!!
Students in Grades 4 – 12 in the Pacific Northwest who have read at
least two titles from a list may participate.
Voting takes place in March 2009. You can vote through your
school or right here at the Fort Saskatchewan Public Library.
The Fort Saskatchewan Public Library has copies of all YRCA titles.

Pick – Me’s 2009
Students, teachers, parents and library staff are invited to
nominate titles to be read next fall and voted on in 2009. All nominated
titles must be published within three years of the voting year. (2005,
2006, and 2007)
There will be a nomination entry box set up in FSPL this winter.
Nominations are to be received by Jan 10, 2009. |
